First and foremost I am a Mother, so I understand the pressure of juggling life around little people – and the huge rollercoaster of emotions that can come along with that.
Before Hypnotherapy, I worked in property, where I loved building relationships with the people I met and worked with.
In 2015, I had hypnotherapy for a fear of flying. Within a month I was on a long haul flight for the first time in 7 years, with no diazapem in sight!
It had such a positive impact that I continued with sessions to help me with the anxiety that I had suffered for much of my life. From that moment on, hypnotherapy was at the back of my mind as something I would love to learn to practice myself. This finally happened in 2020. I trained with Andrew Parr, one of the country’s leading hypnotherapists – the very same hypnotherapist who had helped me with my fear of flying.
For me, one of the most rewarding parts of hypnotherapy is seeing clients become free of their limiting beliefs of not being good enough. It is absolutely possible to become free of these doubts and begin to see yourself the way others do.
We are all enough.
I offer sessions either online or in Rotherfield and Upper Hartfield – both locations around 10 minutes from Tunbridge Wells.
I hold an up to date CBS check.
